Adam was my personal trainer in Brighton for almost 3  years. In that time I saw him weekly, sometimes twice weekly. He was always creative and inventive in out sessions, carefully curating a challenging but fun range of fitness and strength building exercises enabling me to meet my own fitness goals. To top it off, he is a really nice guy, really encouraging, positive and cheerful. I would definitely  recommend Adam to anyone wanting to improve their fitness.

I trained with Adam for just over 6 months. In that time he was studying to be a sports massage therapist. Luckily for me  he offered me reduced rates to get some practice. I've always had poor posture and a bad back, but with Adams help and his knowledge of the body he was able to fix my posture and relieve any soreness from our sessions . He was also always very professional .

Working out at the gym felt intimidating as there were many machines and dumbbells that felt unfamiliar, not to mention almost everyone in it seemingly knowing what they were doing. Adam helped me build the knowledge with patience and warm heart to ease me in to it. Adam's friendliness  and upbeat attitude quickly helped me adopt a new routine and motivation helping me inch toward my goal and feel stronger.
