Hello Again

Before you decide to train with me, I'm going to tell you a little bit more about myself, my story, and why I got into personal training. Hopefully by the end of this you'll have gotten to know me a little bit more and ready to reach out to me  to begin working toghether. Enjoy!

Hey, I’m Adam, a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Sports Massage Therapist based in Oshawa.

Fitness has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing basketball, running around outside, and always staying active. But despite how much I moved, I never understood nutrition. I ate whatever I wanted, drank regularly, and jumped between crash diets or intense workout phases that left me burnt out or injured. I was stuck in a cycle of trying to look a certain way without understanding how to actually take care of my body.

 I started doing home workouts and dove into learning about nutrition around the start of COVID. It clicked. For the first time, I felt good—not just physically, but mentally. That’s when I realized I could turn this passion into a career and help others who felt stuck, like I once did.

I received my certification  as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, and later became a Level 4 Nutritionist and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. I spent nearly five years in the UK training clients from all walks of life—people recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, living with disabilities, and struggling with disordered eating. Helping others move better, feel better, and build confidence became my mission.

I came back to Canada well travelled, reconnected with family, and after some unexpected turns, I made the decision to settle in Oshawa. Now, I’m fully dedicated to supporting people on their fitness journeys—whether you're starting from scratch, coming back from a setback, or just tired of the quick-fix BS that doesn’t work.
