Hey there, my name is Adam and I've been a personal trainer and class instructor for over 5 years. I started and got qualified in the UK and honed my skills working with people of all ages, occupations, abilities and goals.
Along the way I became a nutritionist and sports massage therapist to better understand the human body, and be a better personal trainer for my clients.

Don't want face to face training? Maybe you just need a plan or accountability. Try online coaching. In the age of technology anything is possible from your phone or laptop. Get personalized training programs along with weekly motivation and accountability, the only down side is my not getting a high five after, not a physical one at least.
